REFUNDS
Subscriptions. You can cancel any time from your profile (Subscription, then Cancel). Cancelling stops all future charges, and you keep full access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Payments already made are not refunded, including partial months and unused time.
Plan changes. If you upgrade, you are charged the difference for the rest of the current billing period. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at your next billing date.
Complimentary and trial accounts are never charged, so there is nothing to refund.
